What Causes Bleeding Only While Urinating?

hey i started my period just after me and my partner had sex. the thing is im not bleeding during the day or night (like normal) im only bleeding after i urinate. it doesnt hurt to urinate and when im finished then i bleed a bit. and when im finished with the toilet i get stomach pains? is this my period just reducing flow and settling ? im 16
