What Causes Bleeding Red Moles On Arms?

(im a male) I have had one mole removed on my stomach at a Dr. office, but recently 2 on my arms have turned red around the mole and flaked off leading to bleeding. something to be concerned about? family has strong cancer history. including immediate.
