What Causes Bleeding Sore Along With Bad Odour In Nose?

I have a bleeding sore inside my nose that also has white around the edges. It also smells like it's rotten. I have been sneezing along lately and blowing my nose, which has been going on for a while. My nose is always dry and I seem to have a lot of post nasal drip. Went to the ENT specialist back in spring but he was not help. Now this is happening. Is it something I should be concerned with?
