What Causes Bleeding Sore In The Anal Region?

I think I have a cyst on my umm bottom. The other day I relized when I wiped there was a little bit of blood on my toilet paper its nit unusual when I have diarreha. Well today I wiped and relized there was more blood. At first I freaked thinking the worse well I got to feeling around diwn there and bot excactly by my butthole but more tiward the middle and the top of my butt is a bump no pain didnt even kniw it was there til today well its bleeding and I think infected bc the bloods like watery. its only bleeding a tiny bit but still worried what could it be?
