What Causes Bleeding While On Slim Quick Food Supplement?

Hi, i just started taking a larger dose of Slim quick (directions on the bottle) and almost immeaditly started bleeding... this didn't happen when i took smaller doses. I will likely stop altogether but are there any long term affects I should be worried about right now? oneof the ingredients listed is ESTROTRIM Hormone Balancing Complex
