What Causes Bleeding While Sneezing?

Hello! I am a survivor of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma in second year of remission. I am fully fit and have no problems. I have tinnitus since the end of the treatment... When I hard sneezed today, there were some small drops (really small) of light coloured blood in it. So is everything alright?
