What Causes Bleeding While Urinating During Menstrual Cycle?

I was traveling last month thus didnt mark on my calender when I had my periods last month, this month although I am having periods I am not sure if delayed or on time. However the problem is I am having really light bleeding, its not even coming outside, only if I go for urination I get to see bleeding. Also my back pains during mentural periods, thats how I get to know that I am having periods. I was not well a weak ago and having weakness and tired.I am married, 31 old, sexually not active. My period normally is for 3 days, day 1 I have light flow and another 2 days I have very light bleeding and gets over by third day.

Please advise if I have any problem or any particular test I need to get it done.
