What Causes Bleeding With Abdominal Pain After Taking MAP?

my partner and i had unprotected sex but she took the m-a-p. today she had very little bleeding but has period pains. we took a test two days ago which was negative. we had sex on 21/02/11 and her last period ended about 3 days prior to that. i don't know her cycle.
