What Causes Bleeding With Clots Post Colposcopy?

i just had colposcopy 2 weeks ago after that i had yellowish discharge (foul smell) so my gp prescribe me antibiotics i just finished them today (7days) now im bleeding red and was surprised with the big blood clot is this normal after colposcopy??so worried .thanks
