What Causes Bleeding With Tightening Feeling In Stomach?

hi on sunday i started bleeding i fort it was my period early but it was not like it and my period is not due till thurs and ive got lower bk pain and like titening of my stomach musle been avin a read though things and alot of it says it could beimplantion bleeding plz help
