What Causes Blister Like Bumps On Vaginal Area?

My girlfriend has some bumps around her vaginal area. She is pretty upset and while I ve researched around I ve got mixed results. I would like a professional opinion. I will send a picture she sent me of them. She says they feel like blisters. It s really starting to freak her out. She s had them for a couple days now.
