What Causes Blister On Middle Finger And Numbness In Hand?

Hi, I got shocked by the 220 V from my dryer. I have a small burn/blister on my left middle finger. I felt the electricity run up my left arm and now my arm is aching and my hand is numb. Should I go to the emergency room.? These are the only symptoms I have currently.
