What Causes Blisters All Over The Body After Intake Of Alcohol?

Hello, i am having a problem witch begun about four days ago after having some extra bottles of wine and some chicken. It all started with a very itchy sensation on my palms and my feet. Than in the next day i had my lips bursted with rush and blisters also inside the mouth and on my hands. Than it start appearing redness with dry skin spots on my hands and genitalia. The genital area got worst in the next day with very dry skin, redness and tiny blisters. Only by touching the skin on genital area and it burst. I believe it had to do with a alcohol poisoning or maybe liver failure? But i am also a bit scared if is not a sign of diabetis or someting worse. Please give me an answer asap as i am really worried. Thank you
