What Causes Blisters And Itching In Feet?

Age of boy is of now 18 months. From last six months he is feeling very itching in the bottom and sides of feet at night before sleep or in sleep. Some times there appears v small blister with clear liquid under the skin of bottom and sides of foot some time nothing appears but itching seriously. What to do? I stop him giving milk of cow.
