What Causes Blisters Around Nose After Using Nasal Spray?

im getting small blisters around my nose this is the second one in a week. I have been having prolems with my nose since dec, since I used a nose spray. scores ,burning, running nose. bloodly when I blow my nose ,sometimes white shots inside and so on
