What Causes Blisters Around The Incision Site Post Cholecystectomy?

I had my gallbladder removed laparoscopically a week ago. Today, I noticed that I have blisters near the incision sites and I just started to get blurry vision. I have a call out to my doctor about the blisters. Would these be related? Should I go to the ER?
