What Causes Blisters Below The Thumb?

hi, my palm hurts because of skin rash. its my right hand and at the right corner just below my thumb. i dont know if its because of over masturbation. at first it formed red spots similar to a pimple and now they are changing and they look like blisters. so far it hasn't spread. can you please help me
