What Causes Blisters Filled With Fluid On Chest And Upper Thighs?

Hi my 10 year old son was repeatedly getting a red eye then a little growth appeared on the eye lid of the same eye got eye drops redness left reappeared treated again and so on growth slowly getting bigger now and irritating him not because it s sore have since noticed two in close proximity on his chest one of each of his upper thighs and now he has two more coming on his lower face they appear to have white stuff in them but difficult to remove when you squeeze them the ones on his chest now have a bit more of a red appearance Almost like bloodshot what can it be?
