What Causes Blisters Near Elbow?

i have a burn like mark in the join off my elbow aprox 1 inch long by approx half inch wide rather pink in colour with normal skin colour in the middle and dry skin over the area and i dont take drugs or drink and just recently had a baby what could this mark on my arm be
