What Causes Blisters On Face Spreading To Other Areas?

I have developed bumps on my face- they do not itch, but keep spreading. They appear to have a little white hard center, which then turns to a blister . This has been going on for 4 weeks, just getting worse. I am a 65 year old female - I never has skin problems growing up. This is driving me crazy. Can t get a dermatologist appointment for 4 weeks. Any advice?
