What Causes Blisters On The Buttocks After Consuming Milk?

I think I am lactose intolerant because I get blisters on my buttocks, eliminated different foods, the last being milk. I just had a cup of decaf with milk and noticed the blisters were forming again. I was checked for herpes which came back negative. Do you think the lactose is causing these blisters.

It may not by related to milk intake.
