What Causes Blisters On The Eyes Under The Lash Line?

Hello, I have had several styes lately and while they are gone I now have what looks like a blister on my eyes just under the lash line. I have one on each eye. I do have allergies and take Zyrtec and these blisters cause no pain unless I rub my eyes. They are white in color.
