What Causes Blisters On The Penis?

Hello this last week i have notice looking like blisters there are 4 of them. I felt them when i lift up my shaft, from the front everything looks normally color and skin. I talk to my gf which i have been seeing and no one else fro about 5 months now any ideas
please help
