What Causes Bloated Abdomen And Frequent Urination?

1st day of last period jan 7...had sex jan 21...had been having frequent urination...my breasts hurt a LOT! sometimes i feel sick in the morning...at times in the afternoon...i always sleep around 7pm and wake feeling exhausted but had to get up coz i really need to pee...my stomache looks big coz it's bloated..am i pregnant? or juz pms...still no period
