What Causes Bloated Feeling, Back And Tummy Ache And Sharp Pain In Breast?

Hi I am a 25 year old female and I have been bloated now for over 2 weeks, My tummy looks as though I am 4 months pregnant and it is hard. I have not had a period now since september, I do have the coil fitted which was nearly a year ago, I have taken pregnancy tests to be sure and have all come back negative. I have been feeling constantly tired also been having lower back ache and tummy ache. When I woke up yesterday my pj had a massive wet patch in them which was a clear liquid ( i didnt wet myself) and I had a shooting pain in my left breast which was very sharp and lasted a good minute, if you could give me and information i will be very grateful thank you
