What Causes Bloated Stomach Along With Nausea?

please help! every couple days I ll eat and get very full very fast and won t be able to eat for hours and then late at night I ll get unbearably nauseated and puke until I cannot Luke anymore and then continue to dry heave until I nearly pass out! and then about an hour later I will feel like I have to go to the bathroom but the matter that I pass is nearly all liquid and definitely not the right color. the bowel movements aren t painful but it s got me very worried. I am no longer able to keep down large quantities of food and all of this is very recent and I have NO idea what is going on.
