What Causes Bloating And Brown Tinged Discharge While Being On IUD?

Symptoms: Bloated Stomach - hard to touch Breasts tender slight brown tinged discharge occasionally headache nausea and vomiting, noticed that I almost vomited when I smelled a candle - very unusual. I have an IUD and took a pregnancy test and the result was negative. Could I still be pregnant?
