What Causes Bloating And Cramps In Abdomen?

Hi,I had it done almost 9 mon ago. I have bloating, cramping,spams, feeling like i am pregnant sometimes which is no way i had my tubes over 3 yrs and i have a had time going to the bathroom and the good thing no bleeding. i have problems with cervial cancer and fibrods and little tumors. is it from the novasure or dod youlike it something else and should i see my doctor?
