HI Doctor. I feel a lot of awful things with me. I feel bloated, hard to breath, pain in the lungs (or I can say pain in the back or chest) or pain in the chest cavity, sometimes I feel nausea, dizziness. Sometimes I feel like I m being chocked up. What I notice I experience these after quitting smoking (2 months ago). The odd thing is some of those I do not notice when I m really busy (from work or from my hobby). I try to do jogging and what I expect I ll run out of breath. I don t my legs gave in first (may be I m over weight?) And also I experience this one or two at a time and it will go away, then I ll experience another one. Example, I feel the panic attack a month ago, then it went away after a week, then I felt the chest pain, then it went away. Now I experience pain in the stomach and upset stomach. Is there something wrong me? Or is this normal withdrawal symptoms from smoking (smoke for 15 years about 7-10 sticks per day). I m losing my mind every time I feel any of those, I don t know if I should go to emergency room when feeling these since it will go away after few minutes (around 15-30mins). Sometimes I don t know if I m having a heart attack or panic attack. Please help... I m losing my mind on this. Thanks
