What Causes Bloating And Loose Stool Post Removal Of Intestine?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with crohns I have had surgery they removed intestine it been a year however for the past month I have felt nauseous which I take zofran its not helping much an I always have felt very bloated like I have to go to the bathroom an only go very little an its runny. I have constant pain in my abdominal an its under controlable with medicine I ve been to hospital a few times since this has been happening i keep dehydrating from vomiting an going to bathroom but blood work, xray. Ct scan, an upper GI study with small bowel comes back normal. The hospital I go to recommended me to go to Cleveland clinic. It s a long drive for me to go there for them to send me right back home. Why is this happening an what do I do i just want to be back to feeling like MY self an not always sick
