What Causes Bloating And Pain Under Ribcage After A Vaginal Hysteroscopy?

Hi, I am 6 weeks post op after a vaginal hysterectomy. I had sever bloating that went away after 3-4 weeks, but continue to have pain under my ribcage when I sit up-right (at 90 degrees). It feels like a stitch in each side, or a pulling. OBGYN said it wasn't related to the hysterectomy. thoughts?
