What Causes Bloating And Pressure In Abdomen Along With Ringing In Ears?

I rolled my ankle which was already damaged in the past about 4 days ago and have had several aspirin and aspirin products over the last 4 days...I may have overdone it. I had ringing in my ears a couple days ago and now my stomach is very bloated and there is sever pressure on my upper stomach when I eat. Its been a struggle to go to the bathroom too for a couple days now. What do you suggest I do?
