What Causes Bloating And Right Side Abdominal Pain While Lying Down?

I have had pain in the right side of my abdomen right under my rib cage radiating to my back since last night. It s more painful lying down. I don t feel like eating and if I do I feel sick afterwards. I feel very bloated and have had a little diarreah. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago. How urgent is it that I go to the doctor? I am a 68 year old female.
