What Causes Bloating, Back Ache With Pelvic Cramping, Vaginal Discharge And Headaches?

Hello, I had an iui last Friday and now am 9dop. I have had bloating, back ache (lower), as well as cramping low in my pelvis that has gotten increasingly worse since the iui. I also have a bit of white vaginal discharge that started today. I have had a headache as well almost everyday this past week. I have been feeling very tired lately, falling asleep almost instantly, however, I wake up about 5 hours later and can not fall back asleep. I am due for my period tomorrow... I took a test 8 dpo and it came back negative. I don't know what to think. Do these sound like pregnancy symptoms?Thank you for your help.,
