What Causes Bloating, Constipation Along With High Sugar Levels?

46 y/o male. 6 1 265 lbs. Got diagnosed as diabetic 2 months ago. When I found out my sugar was past the 500 range. I was a truck and have no idea how long I had high sugars. Currently I am on novolin n 30 units twice a day and novolin r sliding scale 3 times a day plus a extra 10 at lunch. My sugars are still in the high 100 s to 200 s range. In the last few weeks I have been having abdominable pain. If I am hungry it is usually lower abdomen and not as bad just feels tight. When I eat though I feel full fast and feel bloated with pain in the upper abdomen to the left just under rib cage. I have bowel movements every morning kind of constipated but about every 2 or 3 days I will have a large loose bowel movement that will help ease the pin. Any ideas of what is causing this and what I can do.
