What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen Along With Abdominal Spasms?

I am feeling bloated and have spasm in my stomach. Last January I took an antibiotic to treat pylori bacteria and was also prescribed with dexilant. I still feel the spam and do you think the bacteria is still active? I have a urea breath test on May 2nd but I am wondering what to do to alleviate the spasm and bloatedness.
