What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen Along With Constipation?

My stomach is extremely bloated and I have been constipated for over a month. I have a loss of appetite. I am very concern and can not get in to see a doctor for a week. Do you have any idea what this could be? I look as though I am six months pregnant.
