What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen Along With Constipation?

My symptoms include feeling more bloated and slightly constipated over the past 3 months. I m a 33 year old female, no history of food allergies, etc, and am now trying to get pregnant. Don t feel full more quickly, but I do get more lower abdomen pains. I m wondering if I should get tested for allergies or intolerances, or maybe even cervical or ovarian issues?
