What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen Along With Loss Of Appetite And Chills?

Hi - just out of the blue - I started feeling wierd Friday night - like my stomach was bloated, a loss of appetite, like someone knocked the breath out of me, and chills off and on - over the weekend. I am a 58 year of woman. Is there something I should do to relieve this feeling?
