What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen Along With Severe Constipation?

My belly is like a round ball and I can't go to the bathroom and I ate ex lax and colen cleanser and visine in my coffee... This has been two weeks and just went a little I should of got the runs by now is their a blockage or somthing really wrong ....?
