What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen And Breasts Post Abortion?

I was almost 12 weeks pregnant and had an abortion.there was some bleeding with clots that lasted less than 7 days.its been 4 weeks now and my belly is still looks big and my breasts are still big but no nausea. Could I be still pregnant,if not how long will it take for my body to stop showing pregnancy symptoms
