What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen With Sore Nipples?

my tummy seems to get bigger by the month- i had my period though it was not the same as always and my tummy goes at least twice daily...my nipples is a bit sensitive and im a bit irretated but other wise i feel fine...could i be pregnant ? what els can i look for and where does a pregnant tummy start to grow?
