What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen With Swelling In The Breasts?

im so bloated i look about three months pergnant, my breasts have gone up two cup sizes and havne thad a period for about two months i had a blood test around the beginnig of march that came back negative... could i be pregnant or am i just paranoid? what could be causing so much bloating? i try eating less but by the end of the day im extremely bloated
