What Causes Bloating Of Stomach And Soreness Of Back?

Hi...I have a bloated stomach....and stitch like pains.....it started with a sore lower back...I did a lot of moving furniture etc....then noticed my stomach very bloated and stitch pain on right side. Its been like this for 3 days. I have had some fresh ginger, pineapple as I heard that is good for stomach.....I also took some they both seemed to settle it a little...but after doing some work...(physical) it comes back.
