What Causes Bloating With Odd Sensations In Abdomen While On Nuvaring?

I have a nuvaring in, but I think I might be pregnant, well I can't tell obviously but my body has been feeling a bit strange lately- bloated, tired all the time, some odd sensations in my abdomen. Should I take the nuvaring out?? I don't know what to do. Please help.
