What Causes Bloating,nausea,acidity And Vomiting After Abortion?

i took cipla MTP kit for abortion and bleeding started in 24hrs. This was on the 12th of April'11. But i still haven't got my first period and have feeling extremely bloated, nausea and acidity. And I vomit every evening lots of water an foam.Please help..
