What Causes Block In Nasal Cavity?

Please type your query here...my son got asthma since he was one year old he also has aproblem with his nasal cavity his nose is always blocked last March he got a surgery to remove his tunsilates and clean the block in his nasal cavity also to make opening in his ears to allow the liquids to move from estacus canal, he always complains from his ears now, and most of the time he is snowring during sleep.
