What Causes Blockage And Buzzing Sound In Ear?

My daughter has a buzzing in her right ear as well as blocked hearing. The buzzing seems to be coming from inside her head itself. Her left ear is completely normal, hearing is great. However, her right ear has a much greater loss of hearing as well as the continuous, non-stop buzzing. What is causing this blockage and buzzing, and what's the cure for this?
