What Causes Blockage In Ears Along With Chills And Shortness Of Breath?

I have been not feeling well for a few months. Jaws ache, like sour lemons in my jaws, fever sometimes, chills and shortness of breath, I feel poisioned. Also congestion in my ears. My doctor and my ENT cannot seem to figure it out. I have gone back to both many times with this complaint. What do I do? Not feeling well this evening again. Gail
