What Causes Blockage In Ears Along With Dizziness?

I had my ear syringed because it was blocked but I still feel like they are imbalanced and feel like I need to "pop" my ears. I have been getting dizzy if I lie down flat on my back, but not if I use a higher pillow. When I get hot I feel a bit queasy/dizzy and today when I looked at the floor in the sunlight I thought I could see pink on the ground but my daughter couldn't see it. I am 51, I work out at the gym everyday and weigh 64kgs. I have not yet gone through menopause and my cycle is still regular. I am wondering if this could be what I am experiencing.
